Dermot Main established Main Allen in 1993 and the company quickly became known for advising corporate clients, mainly on commercial property matters, across the UK. We have never accepted “tertiary” instructions unless as part of a package from larger corporate clients.

We Are Approachable!

If you think we might be able to help you, but are unsure whether we have the expertise, give us a call. We might surprise you! For example, we recently sold a 40,000 sqft hospital in a West Sussex market town and, on a separate matter, negotiated the acquisition of a quarry and agricultural land in Oxfordshire, totalling 450 acres, without any particular expertise in either of these fields, but were instructed because our clients know our negotiating abilities. We also do a lot of restaurant work.
