We work extensively for corporate clients in respect of portfolio work.

Typically, we are instructed to inspect their entire property portfolio, to then provide a concise report on the relevant property issues facing them, and then, usually, rationalize the portfolio itself. This involves close liaison with the client, and a comprehensive understanding of their property needs, and often, also, requires space planning exercises to be carried out.

We work hand-in-hand with our clients on these projects and, because we are a small practice, our clients receive continuous advice from one or two people, rather than switching and changing their surveyors as and when the current surveyor moves on to another job or into a different department of a large practice.
