Dermot
Main BSc FRICS ACIArb
Dermot is a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Arbitrator. He has
a wealth of experience with commercial agency, investment and development
matters, and with giving professional and strategic property advice.
He started his professional career in Guildford in 1981, before
moving on to become the Director of the professional and investment
departments at a specialist commercial practice in Leatherhead.
Dermot formed Main Allen in 1990 and has, since then, continued
to provide corporate property advice, including strategic advice
and analysis for occupation, agency acquisitions and disposals of
sites and buildings on behalf of occupiers and property companies
and developers. He also specialises in professional work including
rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations. |
| More recently, Dermot has been specialising in development
appraisal work acting on both commercial and residential schemes
and coordinating the various professional parties required, including
planners, architects, highways' consultants, landscape consultants
and the like. He primarily identifies planning potential, which
then invariably opens up all the other associated avenues, normally
leading to site disposal, or build out.
Dermot is very approachable and has a keen sense of humour! |
